1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the VoiceFlow Chrome Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension immediately.

2. Subscription and Billing

VoiceFlow offers a freemium model:

• Free Trial: New users receive a 100-day free trial of all premium features.
• Pro Subscription: Following the trial, a subscription fee of $2/month is required to maintain access to premium features.
• Billing: All payments are processed via our secure third-party payment provider.

3. Usage Policy

You agree to use VoiceFlow only for lawful purposes. You may not use the extension to:

• Reverse engineer the software or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use the extension to scrape data in violation of a website's Terms of Service.
• Distribute the extension in a modified form.

4. Limitation of Liability

VoiceFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any data loss, system errors, or inaccuracies in the text-to-speech synthesis provided by the browser's native API.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the extension if these terms are violated.
